Peace In Every Way

As we turn our focus to the fruit of Peace- we see the word
peace twice in this verse. First, it refers to Jesus as the
Lord of peace- and then he gives that peace to us.
Similarly, Isaiah 9:6 refers to Jesus the Prince of Peace.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 

These verses tell us Jesus is the Lord and the Prince of
peace. What does that mean for us? Both the title Lord
and Prince denote having power, authority, or influence; a
master or ruler. So- Jesus is the master, ruler and one with
authority over peace and to give peace. If you are feeling
sorrow, anxiety, hopelessness-turn to Jesus, the one who
has power, authority and willingness to give you peace.
